As our Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving the profitability and growth of Bradken’s range of Mining Products for HCM mining machines across the Asia region.

Job Responsibility

  • Driving the profitability and growth of Bradken’s range of Mining Products for HCM mining machines across the Asia region
  • Building strong, trusting connections with dealers and end users across Asia while actively identifying opportunities that create mutual value through improved whole-of-life machine performance and reduced lifecycle costs
  • Confidently communicating product value using factual insights while partnering with engineering and supply chain teams to uphold expectations for quality, performance and service
  • Aligning with regional sales teams and dealers to ensure timely and compliant commissioning activities that support seamless customer experiences
  • Contributing to joint ventures and manufacturing initiatives
  • Participating in developing product and regional sales plans
  • Maintaining accurate Salesforce records for transparency and informed decision-making
  • Meeting sales and margin targets while enhancing sales processes to deliver greater efficiency and customer value
  • Helping embed product information within SMART systems
  • Contributing to future-focused talent planning
  • Responding proactively to management requests, demonstrating agility, teamwork and a solutions-oriented mindset

Requirements

  • Experience in sales and/or project coordination or project / parts management
  • Knowledge of mine operations and mining machine maintenance or replacement parts
  • Experience working with dealers and end users in a commercial or technical capacity
  • Previous experience in a technical sales position
  • Willingness to travel regularly, including to remote locations, while maintaining consistent day-to-day performance
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa
