Are you ready for the adventure of your career as our new Regional Sales Manager US Central & West Region? Keepit is on an ambitious global growth journey, and we a looking for a dynamic, driven sales leader to take the region to the next level and beyond. Based in Dallas and reporting to the VP Sales Americas, the Sales Manager, will be pivotal to our growth journey. You will craft sales strategies and drive their execution to ensure that targets are met and surpassed, while leading, coaching and developing the team. Grow along with us, while making an impact along the way.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and execute regional strategy in collaboration with VP Sales Americas
  • Lead from the front to inspire, grow and develop a successful team of accountable sales professionals that achieve results
  • Drive new net revenue through your strategic GTM planning, direction and execution
  • Realize revenue through expansion opportunities with existing customers
  • Collaborate with Marketing to drive new pipeline activities and ensure a healthy pipeline ratio for all sellers
  • Foster strong partnerships with regional VARs, MSP, and other relevant partners in the region by working in close alignment with our channel colleagues
  • Utilize your data expertise to explore and understand the regional market, and to forecast and report on team performance
  • Shape the future of the region and Keepit!

Requirements

  • Several years proven leadership experience inspiring and guiding sales teams to achieve targets
  • preferably in within SaaS B2B companies
  • Proven analytical abilities to assess market trends and sales performance
  • A customer-centric approach, and delight in building relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excited to make an impact with a hands-on approach and high energy
  • Ability to travel regularly
  • A collaborative and curious mindset
