Job Responsibility:

  • recruit, hire, develop, and performance manage top talent to build a successful Regional Sales Team
  • collaborate with the Head of Sales to develop Commercial Team objectives and growth initiatives, and also develop a strategic plan to drive CAM Patch adoption
  • develop and implement a Regional Business Plan and sales strategy to manage your team to success
  • empower your team to reach their full potential by crafting a culture that fosters teamwork, planning, and execution in order to exceed Corporate and Commercial Team goals and objectives
  • develop relationships with Electrophysiologists, Cardiologists, Internal Medicine, Family Practice, Neurologists and Emergency Medicine Physicians to drive increased adoption of products and services
  • Train staff, physicians and administration on the proper usage and billing codes for our products & services

Requirements:

  • People focused leader with a belief that culture and people development initiatives drive success
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • A combination of successful medical sales and leadership (ideally with a focus on Cardiology or Electrophysiology) and B2B sales experience
  • Proven Healthcare Sales leadership required
  • Cardiology or Electrophysiology Sales experience preferred
  • Previous Medical Device or Diagnostic Services Sales and Leadership experience strongly preferred
  • Previous Cardiac Monitoring Sales or other remote patient monitoring sales experience preferred
  • Experience selling to hospitals, including Emergency Departments, is strongly preferred
  • Excellent relationship-building skill
