Performance & Reporting: • Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs. • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reporting. • Track and report on key performance metrics and business outcomes.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field from a reputable university
5+ years of proven B2B sales experience
Demonstrated success in selling into the Saudi (KSA) market
Experience in consultative or solution-based selling (preferably within L&D, consulting, or professional services)
Strong capability in pipeline generation and new business development
Experience in remote sales and managing regional markets
Strong business development and negotiation skills
Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and translate client needs into solutions
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Strategic thinking with a hands-on execution mindset
High level of ownership, accountability, and resilience
