Drive the EV Revolution in the Heart of Malaysia. We are looking for a high-energy professional to join our KL Central team and lead the charge in Malaysia's transition to electric mobility. As the Regional Sales Lead for KL Central, you are the engine room of our urban growth. You will manage a portfolio of premium dealerships within the Klang Valley, ensuring they exceed aggressive sales targets while maintaining flagship brand standards.

Job Responsibility:

  • Drive sales performance and operational efficiency across key KL Central dealerships
  • Monitor daily sales funnels, conversion rates, and inventory turnover to keep KL as our top-performing region
  • Oversee high-profile product launches, mall roadshows, and exclusive test-drive events in premier commercial hubs
  • Track the aggressive KL landscape, including competitor EV pricing and financing offers in real-time
  • Ensure all KL showrooms provide a 'flagship' experience, strictly adhering to corporate identity and premium service standards
  • Provide data-driven insights and forecasts to senior management to help shape national strategy

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2–3 years in sales or account management
  • Experience in the KL automotive scene or premium retail is a major advantage
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and be comfortable navigating the fast-paced KL metropolitan area
  • High energy, results-oriented, and passionate about the future of EVs
