As a Regional Sales Manager, you will partner with Cloud Native organizations to secure their entire digital experience by solving critical challenges. You will lead and drive sales engagements for a comprehensive portfolio of security solutions, acting as a significant driver of company revenue and growth. This role leverages a solutions-focused sales environment to connect clients with a solution for every stage of threat prevention.
Job Responsibility
Sell the company's products and solutions through channel partners and by interacting directly with customers in an assigned region
Utilize consultative selling experience to identify business challenges and create solutions for prospects and customers
Understand the competitive landscape and customer needs to effectively position the portfolio of solutions
Create clear goals and complete accurate forecasting by developing a detailed territory plan
Leverage prospect stories to create a compelling value proposition with insights into value for that specific account
Stay updated on industry news and trends, and how they affect the company's products and services
Travel as necessary within your territory and to company-wide meetings
Requirements
Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in a quota-carrying, enterprise software or cybersecurity sales role
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
Demonstrated experience selling complex technical solutions to C-level stakeholders
Strong understanding of territory management and sales cycle forecasting
Business fluency in both English and French
Nice to have
Experience and knowledge of SaaS-based architectures, ideally in a networking and/or security industry
Experience cultivating relationships with channel partners to bring a channel-centric go-to-market approach
Technical aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions solve business problems
Ability to take a holistic approach to problem solving by considering complex interrelationships and outcomes
Excellent time management skills, with the ability to work with high levels of autonomy and self-direction
