Requirements:
A completed degree in a scientific discipline or substantial sales experience in laboratory diagnostics/genetics
5 years of sales experience with a proven history of driving strong revenue growth
Key strengths include perseverance, skilled negotiation, diplomacy, strategic thinking, closing capability, and excellent communication in both German and English
A structured, goal-driven, and self-motivated working style
High willingness to travel within the region, a broad interest in diverse medical fields, and a proactive, hands-on approach
