As a Regional Sales Manager – CIS, you will be responsible for driving business growth across the CIS region by identifying new opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and closing high-value deals. Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, you will own the regional sales pipeline and work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
Job Responsibility:
Identify and develop new business opportunities across the CIS region to introduce and sell PartnerMatrix products and services
Engage, present, and educate prospective clients on PartnerMatrix’s full product and solution portfolio
Drive regional sales growth by working across the entire product suite in line with company priorities
Lead commercial discussions, negotiate offers, and close contracts with new and existing clients
Contribute to the development and refinement of go-to-market strategies and value propositions for the CIS region
Build, maintain, and nurture long-term relationships with prospects and partners, ensuring all activities are accurately tracked in the CRM
Report directly to the Commercial Director contributing to strategic discussions and decision-making
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including Sales, Marketing, Technical, Legal, and Support teams to ensure successful deal execution
Represent PartnerMatrix at relevant industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities when required
Stay informed about regional market trends, regulatory frameworks, and competitive landscape relevant to the product portfolio
Requirements:
Excellent spoken and written English
Russian skills
Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven, with strong ownership mentality
Minimum 2+ years of B2B sales experience in SaaS, technology, or platform-based solutions
Proven ability to negotiate commercial agreements and build strategic partnerships
Demonstrated success in managing and closing high-value (Tier 1) clients
Strong planning, prioritization, and time-management skills
Willingness to travel internationally, sometimes on short notice
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is considered a plus
