Job Description:

As a Regional Sales Manager – CIS, you will be responsible for driving business growth across the CIS region by identifying new opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and closing high-value deals. Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, you will own the regional sales pipeline and work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.

Job Responsibility:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across the CIS region to introduce and sell PartnerMatrix products and services
  • Engage, present, and educate prospective clients on PartnerMatrix’s full product and solution portfolio
  • Drive regional sales growth by working across the entire product suite in line with company priorities
  • Lead commercial discussions, negotiate offers, and close contracts with new and existing clients
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of go-to-market strategies and value propositions for the CIS region
  • Build, maintain, and nurture long-term relationships with prospects and partners, ensuring all activities are accurately tracked in the CRM
  • Report directly to the Commercial Director contributing to strategic discussions and decision-making
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including Sales, Marketing, Technical, Legal, and Support teams to ensure successful deal execution
  • Represent PartnerMatrix at relevant industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities when required
  • Stay informed about regional market trends, regulatory frameworks, and competitive landscape relevant to the product portfolio

Requirements:

  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Russian skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven, with strong ownership mentality
  • Minimum 2+ years of B2B sales experience in SaaS, technology, or platform-based solutions
  • Proven ability to negotiate commercial agreements and build strategic partnerships
  • Demonstrated success in managing and closing high-value (Tier 1) clients
  • Strong planning, prioritization, and time-management skills
  • Willingness to travel internationally, sometimes on short notice
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is considered a plus
