As a member of Baxter’s sales team, you’ll be aligned to one of our global business units and be responsible for new business, developing existing accounts and ensuring patient-centric approach in all your dealings. You’ll work within an assigned geographic area or with specific accounts to achieve or exceed personal and business goals, all in pursuit of our mission to save and sustain lives. In the sales role, you’ll have the opportunity to provide input on new markets and products, manage customer concerns, and collaborate with other teams.
Job Responsibility
Developing and communicating quarterly/annual sales strategies and plans for the assigned area
tracking and reporting team progress toward targets through weekly/quarterly/annual plans
using sales competency to maximize personal and team performance
completing planning, forecasting, objective-setting and action-planning
partnering proactively with cross-functional teams
supporting action plans for key needs, demand fulfillment and creation
building and managing strong customer relationships
providing day-to-day leadership for the area sales team
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required
MBA preferred
5+ years of experience in sales and sales management
5+ years' experience in the Acute Care/Hospital capital equipment space
additional experience with Acute Care rental therapy products ideal
previous people leadership experience preferred
