As the Southeast Asia Sales Manager, you will lead business development and strategic relationship management within the data center and critical infrastructure segments.
Job Responsibility:
Achieve assigned business objectives, including sales revenue, order value, and gross margin targets within the region
Identify and develop key accounts in data centers, transportation, and government-driven segments
Drive brand adoption in target projects and effectively convert the sales pipeline into confirmed orders
Engage with EPC contractors, security specifiers, and distribution partners to influence solution selection
Implement territory and account plans along with quarterly business reviews to build long-term value and identify upselling opportunities
Requirements:
Degree graduate in civil engineering or other similar qualification
Proven track record in sales, with experience or exposure in critical infrastructure/ industrial being an advantage
Experience managing project sales, working closely with stakeholders and liaising with key parties in the whole sale cycle
Result-driven individual, resource and continuously seeking for new challenge
Willing to travel interstate and within Asia Pacific region
