Job Responsibility

  • Promote our full range of IT component products, including servers, networking equipment, storage and peripherals
  • Achieve and exceed sales and margin targets, growing the market share within the region
  • Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecasts using CRM systems
  • Build strong relationships with vendor partners and internal teams, stay up to date with industry trends, new technologies, and competitor activity
  • Working alongside the Head of Sales to ensure the available product portfolio is aligned to customer needs
  • Drive strategic sales planning, account expansion and high-impact commercial initiatives
  • Act as the point of contact and escalation to handle customers' individual needs
  • Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
  • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
  • Show initiative in driving sales
  • Maintain strong commercial oversight, understanding margin, forecasting, and complex sales cycles
  • Represent the company at trade events, customer meetings, and industry exhibitions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales within IT Hardware, distribution, or technology & Electrical sectors
  • Knowledge of IT components and solutions
  • Experience working with channel partners such as resellers and MSPs
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify growth opportunities
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and standard business tools
  • Ability to travel regionally to meet client needs.
