We are seeking an experienced and driven Regional Sales Manager to oversee MLA’s growth in the Middle East and North Africa. This role is central to expanding MLA’s agent network and strengthening relationships in one of the most important source markets for international education. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in agent-focused sales, a strong network in the sector, and the cultural knowledge needed to navigate diverse markets within the region.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute a regional sales strategy focused on agent recruitment, retention, and growth
Build, strengthen, and manage MLA’s network of trusted education agents across the MENA region
Provide agents with transparent programme details, pricing, and marketing resources to support enrolments
Deliver training and ongoing support to agents, ensuring they are confident in representing MLA
Represent MLA at international education workshops, trade fairs, and agent-focused events across the region
Serve as the first point of contact for regional agents, ensuring high levels of service, responsiveness, and problem-solving
Analyze agent performance, market trends, and regional feedback to guide MLA’s strategy and product development
Produce regular reports, sales forecasts, and market updates for senior management
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the education travel, ELT, or study abroad sector
Proven success in growing agent networks and delivering sales results through strong relationship management
Established network of education agents in the MENA region
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
Fluency in English and Arabic
Self-motivated, independent, and able to collaborate effectively with MLA’s global team
Willingness to travel extensively within the region to visit agents and attend industry events
Nice to have:
Fluency in French is a strong advantage
