Isograd is seeking a talented Regional Sales Executive, to grow new business acquisition and revenue in California, Oregon and Washington. Reporting to the COO for North America, the ideal candidate will inspire others around them by taking charge of their territory plan development and charting a path to building pipeline, sales, and relationships.
Job Responsibility:
Develop account strategies, goals, objectives, and action plans for assigned territory
Build market position by locating, developing, and defining business relationships
Drive sales within territory by developing new business opportunities through prospecting and developing marketing initiatives aligned with your sales strategy
Establish long-term connections with key stakeholders including higher education, state, district and school CTE Directors, business, digital arts and other CTE teachers
Close new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, and integrating customer needs with business operations
Coordinate with Customer Success Team around territory implementation and onboarding success
Remain knowledgeable regarding competition and industry trends to aggressively develop and close account opportunities
Take responsibility for weekly sales forecasting and consistent review of sales performance
Track sales activities in Salesforce CRM, manage a pipeline of leads, and achieve personal sales quota
Prospect and generate interest through calling, email campaigns, web demonstrations, on-site sales visits, and events
Represent Isograd at industry trade shows and conferences
Manage your time effectively both in your home office and at in person visits to schools in your territory
Requirements:
Successful track record selling solutions to K-12 and/or Higher Education decision makers
Demonstrated ability to identify/secure net-new business and retain/expand strategic relationships
Self-starter, able to work both independently and collaboratively
Accomplished in consultative selling, sales process, and time management skills
Experience presenting new product concepts to the marketplace
Strong organization acumen, follow-up commitment, and attention to detail
Willingness/ability to travel when needed
Lives in California, Oregon, or Washington, preferably near a major airport
