This post-sale, account manager / revenue-owning position focuses on onboarding institutions, driving usage, and expanding spend across your portfolio.
Job Responsibility:
Own end-to-end activation of banks and credit unions onto the platform
Drive deposit flow and platform usage across your portfolio
Act as a strategic partner to clients, aligning product usage with their growth goals
Identify and execute on upsell and expansion opportunities
Manage a large book of accounts, prioritising for maximum commercial impact
Lead cross-functional coordination across product, sales, and marketing
Surface client insights to influence product direction
Requirements:
5+ years in account management, client partnerships, or revenue-focused post-sale roles
Proven track record of growing accounts and exceeding commercial targets
Strong preference for backgrounds in Financial services / fintech
Demonstrated ability to manage complexity and prioritise across multiple clients
High level of commercial instinct, urgency, and ownership
Strong executive presence with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
