Identifies business opportunities and customers and drives the organization's sales and new product opportunities and development for the regional market
Manages all sales personnel for growth and succession
Formulates sales volumes, product mix, and market share and profit objectives and monitors performance against goals and objectives, ensure correct price update and upload into Hyperion
Oversees quote reviews, identifies areas that need improvement and directs sales personnel as necessary for negotiations with customers
Manages corporate relations with customer
Responsible for development of departmental budgets and maintaining cost within them
Liaises with appropriate departments to ensure customer requirements are met
Maintains good employee relations and confidentiality of all information received from the customer/company
Leads sales contribution to MBR and Leadership related activities
Requirements:
10-15 years relative experience, automotive/lean manufacturing preferred and people management
Automotive supplier background, have knowledge of each Japanese OEM
Strong technical knowledge of product & manufacturing systems
Excellent negotiation skills
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Knowledge of Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, Word
Japanese: Business Level, N2~
English: High business level ~ Fluent, Native
