OutSystems is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to develop our Account Executives and exceed revenue and operational goals. Job Responsibility:
Hire, lead, and coach a successful team of full-cycle sales professionals
Develop, motivate, and retain top performers
Attain overachievement of team sales goals
Setup a cadence for productivity, including but not limited to pipe gen, account research, early stage opportunity review and qualification, account planning
Manage Salesforce CRM tidiness
Maintain accurate and on-time forecast reporting
Effectively lead your sales team to success hitting monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals
Operate as a GM owning the territory plan and bringing all functions together to execute on that plan
Requirements:
5+ years experience leading a quota-carrying, closing sales team
Leadership presence that team members will walk through walls for
Proven ability to coach, attract, and retain amazing sales talent
A competitive spirit who likes to win: Track record of consistently exceeding established goals
Experience closing large deals with complex sales cycles
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
A love for the startup environment
A Bachelor's Degree
Experience in Financial Services and Insurance verticals is preferred
