As part of the B2P function within the Off-street North America team, the Regional Sales Director is a critical player-coach leadership position. Reporting directly to the Head of Off-street, North America, you will lead a dynamic team of Regional Sales Managers while also driving high-level strategic opportunities. Your mission is to help our clients optimize their mobility ecosystems through innovative technology. This role offers the unique opportunity to shape regional strategy, mentor a high-performing team, and directly contribute to the growth and success of a global mobility platform by securing new partnerships and expanding our revenue footprint.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a regional sales team to achieve individual targets and collective quotas
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive new logo acquisition and revenue growth
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while building enduring relationships with key regional private sector clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Marketing and Operations to align regional efforts with global objectives
  • Manage complex B2P sales cycles, including pipeline forecasting and tailored proposal processes
  • Upskill the team on localized messaging and navigating complex commercial objections
  • Represent the organization at national trade shows, conventions, and industry forums

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in sales with a proven track record of exceeding revenue goals and targets
  • Extensive sales experience within the parking or mobility technology industry
  • Previous experience in a sales leadership or "player-coach" capacity, with a focus on mentoring and team development
  • Expertise in managing long-cycle B2P sales, pipeline forecasting, and complex contract negotiations
  • Proficiency with sales technology stacks, specifically Salesforce and G Suite
  • Strong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to mitigate risks and identify market trends
