Job Description:

This senior leadership position spearheads regional commercial growth across ASEAN, focusing on building market presence, strengthening customer relationships, and driving new business acquisition.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead commercial and advanced sales activities across assigned ASEAN markets
  • Identify emerging market trends and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Develop initiatives to win new business while strengthening existing accounts
  • Oversee quotation processes and steer major price and contract negotiations
  • Drive margin improvement initiatives and manage key change controls
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with OEM customers and key stakeholders
  • Lead and coach a team of regional sales professionals
  • Ensure alignment with global commercial direction and operational standards

Requirements:

  • Minimum 20 years of commercial sales experience within the automotive supply chain
  • Strong background working with Tier 1 or Tier 2 suppliers
  • Proven track record in high-value negotiations and customer management
  • Ability to analyse costing, pricing, and financial models
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation capabilities
  • Degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Economics, or related fields
  • Highly driven, resilient, and results-focused with a strong hunter mentality
