Job Description

The Sales Coordinator is highly detail-oriented and operationally driven to support the Regional Growth team and help ensure the accuracy, quality, and operational health of the SpotHero marketplace. This role serves as a key operational partner to the Growth organization and is responsible for maintaining data integrity, supporting pricing accuracy, auditing customer-facing experiences, and driving operational excellence across operator accounts. This is a remote part-time position with 25 hours per week, paid at $20/hour. Seeking candidates in Illinois.

Job Responsibility

  • Cleanup and maintain operator contact information, understanding the different roles - Location Contact Functions (LCFs) in Salesforce
  • Enter new operator location information into the internal onboarding forms
  • Review and validate external websites and Salesforce to understand accuracy of operator data to make updates and recommendations to the regional growth team where needed
  • Reach out to existing operators by phone and email to verify information and make recommendations on ways to optimize their portfolio
  • Audit maps, competitive websites, and operator websites to ensure we have the most up to date location availability and pricing information
  • Understand competitive rates with internal reporting, websites, and external sources to make optimization recommendations to the growth team
  • Work with their assigned regions on special projects as needed

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in sales support, customer service, operations, marketplace operations, revenue operations, customer support operations, or a related field
  • Exceptional attention to detail, problem solving abilities, and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working in spreadsheets, dashboards, and multiple operational systems simultaneously
  • Ability to identify patterns, inconsistencies, and operational opportunities within data
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and able to manage repetitive, detail-oriented workflows with a high degree of accuracy
  • Strong process discipline and documentation habits
