We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Regional Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team on a 12 month maternity cover contract. This role is ideal for a proactive, commercially minded professional who thrives on building local partnerships, generating new business, and delivering innovative marketing initiatives that drive revenue and guest loyalty. The role is covering Manchester and Cheshire Region. You will play a key role in increasing brand visibility, maximising covers, and ensuring each restaurant achieves its financial targets through strategic local marketing and hands on sales activity.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute tailored local marketing strategies in partnership with the central Marketing Team
Drive Club IR loyalty sign-ups to grow a strong local database and encourage repeat visits
Build partnerships with local businesses and community stakeholders
Support social media activity and community engagement initiatives
Create and manage a local marketing and events calendar aligned with regional opportunities
Generate new business that directly contributes to revenue growth
Convert new guests unfamiliar with our venues into loyal customers
Re-engage dormant guests through consistent outreach
Identify upselling opportunities to maximise transaction value
Secure referrals that lead to confirmed bookings
Plan and deliver ticketed events that drive incremental revenue
Work closely with operational teams to ensure seamless event delivery
Deliver experiential, brand-aligned events that elevate guest experience and satisfaction
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, marketing, hospitality, or events
Strong networking and relationship-building skills
Commercial awareness with a results-focused mindset
Excellent communication and organisational abilities
Self-motivated, proactive, and confident working across multiple locations
