We’re looking for a commercially driven and energetic Regional Sales and Marketing Manager to lead local marketing and proactive sales activity across our Birmingham venues. Your mission is simple: grow revenue, increase brand visibility, and build lasting guest relationships through creative local initiatives and strategic sales execution.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and deliver targeted local marketing plans alongside the central Marketing Team
Drive Club IR loyalty sign-ups to build a strong local guest database
Build partnerships with businesses and community groups to embed venues locally
Support social media and community engagement to increase brand reach
Plan and manage a local events and marketing calendar
Generate new business that directly increases revenue
Convert new guests unfamiliar with our venues
Re-engage past guests and secure repeat bookings
Upsell products and experiences to maximise spend per visit
Generate referrals and manage ticketed events
Collaborate with operational teams to ensure flawless event delivery
Create memorable, on-brand experiences that enhance guest satisfaction
Requirements:
