Job Description:

We’re looking for a commercially driven and energetic Regional Sales and Marketing Manager to lead local marketing and proactive sales activity across our Birmingham venues. Your mission is simple: grow revenue, increase brand visibility, and build lasting guest relationships through creative local initiatives and strategic sales execution.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and deliver targeted local marketing plans alongside the central Marketing Team
  • Drive Club IR loyalty sign-ups to build a strong local guest database
  • Build partnerships with businesses and community groups to embed venues locally
  • Support social media and community engagement to increase brand reach
  • Plan and manage a local events and marketing calendar
  • Generate new business that directly increases revenue
  • Convert new guests unfamiliar with our venues
  • Re-engage past guests and secure repeat bookings
  • Upsell products and experiences to maximise spend per visit
  • Generate referrals and manage ticketed events
  • Collaborate with operational teams to ensure flawless event delivery
