ADS-TEC Energy develops and produces scalable lithium-ion battery storage systems and battery-based ultra-fast charging solutions including IT management systems. For our sales team we are looking for new team members as Regional Sales and Business Development Manager Benelux (m/f/d).

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and execute strategic business development and sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets for the region
  • Identify and engage with prospective clients in fleet, retail and public sectors
  • Manage customer relationship and full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing
  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments and present tailored EV charging solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams (management, sales operations, engineering, project management, finance, etc.) to ensure successful project delivery
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM systems
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and generate leads
  • Stay informed and provide input on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments
  • Handle administrative tasks and create economic analyses and reports

Requirements:

  • Completed technical or commercial vocational training or academic degree in engineering, industrial engineering, or business administration with strong technical focus
  • Proven track record in B2B strategic sales, ideally within clean energy, battery electrification or power electronics sector
  • Experience selling technical or high-value solutions with sometimes complex sales cycles
  • Self-motivated hunter of quality long-term business opportunities with ability to work independently and manage a territory
  • Strong understanding of the EV charging ecosystem, renewable energy, or related technologies preferable
  • Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills in English essential

  • Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ambition, and competent appearance
  • Ability to recognise connections, think analytically, and always keep goals in focus
