Job Description

The Regional Sales Advisor is responsible for supporting at and covering show rounds, showcases, first look events, visit follow-ups and welcome meetings when there is sickness, holidays, or when venues need additional support due to high demand. This role ensures exceptional customer service by conducting show rounds, showcases, and virtual venue tours, providing a seamless and engaging experience. The Regional Sales Advisor supports the entire client show round process, from initial visit checks to post-visit follow-ups, and assists in converting visits into bookings.

Job Responsibility

  • Wedding Show Rounds: 121 visits and First look Events
  • Check couples are attending their appointment 48 hours before by call or SMS
  • Conduct 121 personal visits: Provide a 60-90 minute tour with the couple highlighting the venue
  • Conduct virtual tours: Use technology to provide tours for couples unable to attend in person
  • Contact venue stylists to dress the venue for First Look Day/Evening’s
  • Quarterly Venue Showcase Events: Work with the Welcome Team Managers to arrange staffing, and work with suppliers to create wedding inspiration
  • Invite suppliers
  • Work with the Bar Manager and Head Chef to provide refreshments and catering
  • Welcome and interact warmly with couples
  • Allow couples to roam, ask questions, and work on securing bookings
  • Follow-Ups: Follow up on Visit/event visits
  • Address post visit questions and quote requests
  • contact follow-ups after visits
  • Bookings: Manage Abandoned baskets and portal reports
  • Add new bookings and chase overdue deposits
  • Act as the sole point of contact for couples during the initial booking period
  • Welcome Team Meetings/Evenings: Conduct welcome meetings post-booking to understand couple’s desires
  • Create detailed quotes after welcome back meeting
  • Hand Over wedding plans, guest numbers and expectations to the events team and head office
  • Non - Weddings: Conduct visits
  • Follow up on visit
  • General: Ensure all inbound contact is answered within a timely manner
  • Maintain expert knowledge of all products and services
  • Provide ideas and feedback from couples to the Regional Sales Manager
  • Aim to increase guest numbers and spending per guest annually
  • Team Collaboration: Work alongside the National Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager, Welcome Team Manager, Sales Team, and Events Teams
