Job Responsibility

Requirements

  • Proven track record in managing budgets, optimising expenses, and utilising sales data to drive informed business decisions
  • Ability to turn challenges into opportunities by resolving complex customer complaints and maintaining high satisfaction levels
  • Extensive experience managing the full end-to-end sales process, from initial lead generation to final closing
  • A deep understanding of sales KPIs and a consistent history of meeting or exceeding performance targets

  • Assigned customer accounts to own and develop the relationship at both operational and decision-maker level
  • Identify opportunities with new customer and product ranges
  • To build and maintain strong, direct customer relationships, regularly visiting customer offices and sites
  • To manage and maintain a structured pipeline of projects, ensuring opportunities are accurately recorded, progressed, and reviewed with our customers
  • To ensure all customer queries are managed and resolved efficiently, including pricing discrepancies, Proof of Deliveries (PODs), and invoice-related issues
  • Manage our internal CRM system (Sales Hub), ensuring follow-up dates are current, next actions are clearly defined and information is accurately maintained
  • Working closely with the internal Keyline team, setting up processes to support our customers to increase account performance and customer satisfaction
  • To maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, market conditions and pricing movements to support informed commercial discussions
  • To actively participate in training, coaching, and development activities to continuously improve sales capability and performance
