Job Description

This role will have 30-40% travel and will cover the entire South Coast Market which includes Southern California & Hawaii. High-impact, market-wide leadership opportunity dedicated to elevating safety performance across our entire South Coast region—including our operations throughout Hawaii. Full-time, permanent leadership position where your expertise will directly shape safety culture, compliance, and operational excellence across multiple locations.

Job Responsibility

  • Promote and facilitate a work environment that support a safe and healthy culture, identifying best practices to lead continuous improvement initiatives, reducing work process risk
  • Investigate accidents and occupational injuries to determine causes and manage return-to-work activities
  • Provide technical advice and coaching to employees on safety initiatives while assisting with the development and administration of programs in areas such as safety laws and hazardous condition monitoring
  • Supports creation of EHS goals for the site manager, overseeing the site in achieving targets and objectives, driving excellence in OSHA and DOT compliance
  • Engage with key stakeholders on projects in support of sustainability goals and execution of corporate strategies
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree with 6 plus years of related experience and 4 plus years of supervisory experience
  • High School Diploma/General Education Degree with 9 plus years of specific experience and 5 plus years of supervisory experience
