Are you looking to take your career to the next level? Our client is looking for a Regional Retail Supervisor for the MI/WI/MN markets!! This person will assist in overseeing managers of 8-10 stores from an operational management perspective. Responsibilities will include Staffing, Supervising, Merchandising, Training, and General Management to ensure that the facility is performing within the guidelines of the greater organization.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist The Store Managers with Oversight of Store Operations
  • Help With Hiring and Working with Staff to Accomplish Bookkeeping and Merchandise Upkeep
  • Enhance Customer Satisfaction and Meet Sales Goals
  • Follow And Ensure Stores Are Following Company Policies and Procedures
  • Conduct Personnel Performance Reviews to Assess Training Needs
  • Direct Interaction with Your Own Group of Convenience Stores, Travel, And Manage Assigned Stores
