Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Regional Relationship Manager to join our Sales and Marketing Department on a permanent basis within the Southeast region of the UK. In this role, you will focus on maintaining client satisfaction, resolving service issues, and building strong, lasting relationships with existing and potential clients.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and implement regional sales plans to achieve or exceed revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive retention and upsell opportunities
  • Monitor and deliver KPIs and customer satisfaction scores, ensuring clients’ needs are met
  • Work closely with the Account Management and Sales teams to plan retention strategies across all accounts
  • Actively participate in the client retention programme across all service lines
  • Serve as the first point of contact for account escalations and problem resolution
  • Conduct client meetings and site visits, which may involve frequent travel across the UK
  • Advise clients on contract reviews and provide guidance on services

Requirements:

  • Possess a full UK driving licence and own vehicle
  • Proven knowledge and skills in sales roles and in securing large contracts, ideally within Facilities Management, Property Management, or related markets
  • Skilled at selling seasonal contracts within challenging budget environments
  • Exposure in managing diverse and demanding client portfolios, with confidence dealing with stakeholders at all levels
  • Knowledgeable about property, facilities management, or public sector/NHS markets
  • Exceptional client relationship management skills, with a track record of building trust and responsiveness
  • Results-driven with a proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing business
  • Competent in CRM systems, MS Office, and web-based tools
  • Demonstrated success in improving service delivery and customer satisfaction
