Job Description

As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for driving OEM dealership sales and channel expansion across the assigned region. The role involves building dealership partnerships, managing the complete sales cycle, driving revenue growth, and ensuring strong dealer engagement and support. The ideal candidate will work closely with OEMs, dealerships, and internal teams to expand Bolt. Earth's EV charging footprint and market presence.

Job Responsibility

  • Own and grow OEM dealership relationships — 2W, 3W, 4W, bus, and truck segments
  • Drive end-to-end sales: pipeline building, order booking, collections, and closures
  • Manage dealership service support and resolve escalations swiftly
  • Develop weekly/monthly projections and maintain an accurate order book
  • Identify and onboard new dealership partners in your region
  • Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene and report pipeline metrics consistently
  • Collaborate with HQ on product feedback, pricing inputs, and market intel

Requirements

  • 2 – 5 years in automotive OEM distribution, dealership sales, or auto ancillary
  • Hands-on experience with OEM dealership sales, relationship management & support
  • Proven ability to build new dealership relationships from scratch
  • Strong at collections, order management, and territory planning
  • CRM-compliant: structured, data-driven, no shortcuts on reporting
  • High energy, hunter mindset, self-starter — no hand-holding needed
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, zero-to-one startup environment

  • Responsible for securing new OEM and Strategic National Account business in ANZ
  • Develop and maintain a target listing of all OEM's and Strategic Accounts in the region with data regarding key contacts, current incumbent, overall volume/business opportunities and existing contract time frames
