Job Responsibility:
Manage the full-cycle recruiting process including candidate sourcing, screening, qualification evaluation, interviewing, and follow-up for direct hires
Identify bottlenecks in the recruitment process and recommend enhancements to improve hiring quality and candidate experience
Source talent for Alibaba Cloud’s international roles across multiple regions, with a focus on the US
Utilize diverse international recruitment methods to attract candidates and meet hiring targets
Monitor employment trends in key regions and assist leadership with periodic industry analyses
Contribute to reporting through talent interviews, providing insights into market trends, company structures, and sector-specific talent landscapes
Support employer branding initiatives, including presentations, technical events, and employee referral programs
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in talent acquisition methodologies
Knowledge of Boolean search techniques and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Experience using various sourcing platforms and recruitment tools
Demonstrated ability to apply diverse sourcing strategies
Strong analytical mindset
Full professional fluency in English and Mandarin
Nice to have:
Experience recruiting in cloud technology or data center environments
Ability to build talent pipelines and improve recruitment processes
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and project coordination skills
