Job Responsibility

Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of experience utilizing advanced talent acquisition strategies, boolean logic, and sophisticated applicant tracking software

Professional fluency in English and Mandarin
Analytical orientation with experience tracking conversion metrics, optimizing interview processes, and building sustainable talent pipelines
Background in technology recruitment, specifically sourcing for cloud infrastructure, enterprise software sales, pre-sales, or post-sales functions is highly advantageous
