Regional Project Surveyor

The Regional Project Surveyor is a key role within dimensions, responsible for ensuring the safety and maintenance of the organization's regional housing and other properties. This position is vital for delivering robust asset management and handling day-to-day maintenance inquiries. The post-holder will primarily focus on project-managing planned maintenance, refurbishment, development, and adaptation projects while ensuring statutory compliance. The successful candidate will cover the South East/London, Home Counties and West Midlands.
