Job Description:

The Software Technology Solutions PMO is seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives for the Medication Management Solutions (MMS) business. The role involves managing Agile/Scrum teams, ensuring project success, and driving cross-functional readiness for product commercialization.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage and lead Agile/Scrum teams for R&D projects
  • Oversee project scope, schedule, and resource allocation
  • Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Facilitate technical reviews and ensure effective cross-functional collaboration
  • Drive stakeholder communication and knowledge sharing
  • Manage end-to-end project execution across multiple departments
  • Provide leadership, resolve team performance issues, and ensure timely project delivery

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in project management within global companies, preferably in healthcare
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams on complex programs

  • Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Azure DevOps
  • Strategic thinking, process improvement, and risk management
