We have a fantastic opportunity for a Construction Program Manager to join the team on a full time, two-year fixed term basis. This role is remote working with regular travel. As the Construction Program Manager, you will play a key role in driving and delivering the Campus Modernisation Programme across the UK region.
Job Responsibility:
Strategically plan, schedule, and lead multiple construction projects across the UK portfolio
Lead the construction project lifecycles from initial idea through to successful completion
Implement an agile change management process
Implement detailed construction strategies through a critical path
Implement a robust quality control and continuous improvements process
Proactively identify potential risks and issues, with mitigation strategies
Monitor and manage project expenses
Identify, analyse and provide insights to cost variations
Drive and deliver the Campus Modernisation Programme across the UK region
Improve project governance and productivity
Enhance innovative thinking and opportunities for continuous improvement
Develop a ‘One Team’ culture
Set an example of positive personal integrity and professionalism

Requirements:
Tertiary qualifications and/or 5+ years’ experience in a Programme Manager role
Management qualification such as Prince2
Proven experience operating efficiently, proactively and relatively autonomously in a busy, hands-on role
Proven experience working effectively with multiple stakeholders
Thorough understanding of businesses deliverables and priorities
Demonstrates and leads project excellence
Attention to detail and good organisation skills with the ability to multitask
Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Learn quickly and effectively whilst working under pressure
Holding others account for consistently delivering agreed project processes and feedback for improvements
