The Regional Program Lead (Men in Mind) is responsible for driving high-quality implementation, engagement, and delivery of Movember’s Men in Mind training for primary care professionals within their region. This role ensures the program is well embedded across local primary care systems, widely adopted by health professionals, and supported through strong regional partnerships. Working under the leadership of the National Program Manager and in collaboration with Movember’s Gender-Responsive Healthcare and Marketing teams, the Regional Program Lead guides outreach, relationship-building, workshop facilitation, champion network development, and continuous improvement activities. This position requires a strong blend of health sector experience, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to influence, promote, and drive uptake of the Men in Mind program.

Job Responsibility:

  • Ensuring the program is well embedded across local primary care systems, widely adopted by health professionals, and supported through strong regional partnerships
  • Guiding outreach, relationship-building, workshop facilitation, champion network development, and continuous improvement activities

Requirements:

  • Experience in health, mental health, primary care, public health, or a related human services sector
  • Demonstrated ability to engage, influence, and motivate health professionals — ideally in training, workforce development, or outreach roles
  • Strong skills in stakeholder engagement and partnership-building across complex health systems
  • Experience facilitating workshops, training, or professional learning
  • Understanding of the Australian primary care landscape, including PHNs, general practice, and mental health pathways
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work autonomously, and deliver outcomes across a dispersed region
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Commitment to equity, gender-responsive healthcare, and men’s health improvement

Nice to have:

  • Experience in roles involving sales, engagement, outreach, or recruitment within a health or professional education context
  • Experience establishing or supporting communities of practice, peer networks, or champion-style initiatives
  • Familiarity with e-learning, professional development systems, and training delivery models
  • Understanding of masculine norms, barriers to help-seeking, and strategies for engaging men effectively
  • Qualifications in health, public health, psychology, education, social sciences, or related fields
What we offer:
  • Flexible hybrid working from home and our modern Richmond office
  • Finish work at 2pm on Fridays (Dec-Aug)
  • NFP salary packaging (pay less tax)
  • 13 weeks paid parental leave and 5 weeks annual leave
  • Fun & collaborative culture with employee social events
  • Free Headspace subscription and other wellbeing initiative
  • Relaxed dress code
