The NORAM Regional Product Marketing Manager is responsible for defining and executing a clear, competitive go-to-market strategy for Quadient’s Finance Automation portfolio, including solutions for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Invoice Management. This role owns product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market enablement, ensuring sales and customer-facing teams are equipped with compelling value propositions that resonate with the North American SMB market.
Job Responsibility:
Define and execute the regional product marketing strategy aligned to global priorities and North American market needs
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform positioning, messaging, and pricing strategy
Shape clear, differentiated product positioning and value propositions for Finance Automation solutions
Translate product features into customer-focused benefits through strong, consistent messaging
Enable go-to-market teams (Sales, Customer Success, Support, Account Management) with sales tools, battlecards, demos, and presentations
Lead product demonstrations and support customer-facing presentations as needed
Partner with Marketing to design and execute demand-generation campaigns
Support pricing and packaging strategy in alignment with market dynamics and competitive landscape
Provide guidance and insight across the product lifecycle, from early-stage offerings to fully mature products
Act as the voice of the customer and region, ensuring feedback informs roadmap and GTM decisions
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Go-to-Market, or related roles
Strong experience in B2B SaaS, FinTech, or finance automation solutions
Proven ability to translate technical product features into compelling customer value
Experience with competitive analysis, market research, and pricing strategy
Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive outcomes in a matrixed environment
Proficiency with CRM and marketing tools (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Office, enablement platforms)
