Job Description:

As an integral member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in strengthen the alignment around the product dimension in the region as well as evaluate and consolidate future market trends and customer demands. You will have the opportunity to drive the Gasketed Plate Heat Exchanger (GPHE) business towards the goals set in GPHE Business Plans by aligning the sales, product and operations activities contributing to the overall success and growth of our organization.

Job Responsibility:

  • Promote new products internally to ensure their acceptance and drive product positioning effectively in the market.
  • Identify trends by markets and applications and provide regional input to the global product strategy and supply process.
  • Identify true future customer values of products, tools and supply chain through interaction with salespeople in the region and by initiating customer visits with Sales Companies.
  • Actively manage the product assortment to optimize revenue and profitability.
  • Specify needs for regional product adaptation and support their execution.
  • Interact closely with central PMs to highlight regional needs in product scopes, product development and sales tools.
  • Support SCs in establishing their Gasketed Plate Heat Exchanger (GPHE) training plans and hold product training sessions for local teams.
  • Monitor competition in the region by e.g. customer visits and exhibitions to gather market input on competitors and decide on competitive actions.
  • Follow up on factory cost development and support local supply in phasing in/out products.
  • Establish and maintain alignment forums between Sales Companies and Operations.
  • Provide quotation support (pricing/costing, lead time, technical input) for larger projects.
  • Follow up on sales and delivery performance of Gasketed Plate Heat Exchanger (GPHE) products in the region.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in technical or financial disciplines required
  • Minimum 3 years of direct Product Management experience preferred
  • Leadership skills and ability to independently set goals and drive questions towards various stakeholders cross functionally
  • Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making capability
  • Ability to motivate and convince decision-makers and co-workers. Team player skills
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to align engineering, sales, operations, and leadership teams.
  • Ability to challenge assumptions using data and drive structured decision-making.
  • Strong planning skills
  • Ability to translate market insights into actionable product roadmap priorities
