We are seeking a commercially driven and strategic Regional Product and Marketing Lead to drive the success, positioning, and lifecycle performance of our Fibre Cement product portfolio across the UK and Ireland. This is a pivotal role that combines high-level product strategy with hands-on marketing execution, ensuring our solutions align with customer needs, stand out in a competitive market, and deliver profitable, sustainable growth. Acting as the regional expert, you will lead the marketing plan, oversee product lifecycle activities, leverage customer insights, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful go-to-market strategies.
Job Responsibility
Deliver the annual marketing plan, ensuring strong market positioning and alignment with UK & Ireland priorities
Lead digital marketing activities and develop high-quality, targeted campaign materials
Manage the full product lifecycle, from development and launch through to optimisation and phase-out
Use market and customer insights to drive product strategy and continuous improvement
Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and commercial teams to enhance product performance and innovation
Ensure alignment across Sales, Technical, Supply Chain, and Communications teams
Support product launches, sales enablement, and customer engagement as a subject matter expert
Requirements
Proven experience combining product management and marketing within a technical, construction, building materials, or manufacturing environment
Ability to translate customer insights into clear, actionable product and marketing strategies
Strong digital marketing expertise, including SEO/SEM, marketing automation, and multi-channel campaigns
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
Analytical, data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
