As the Regional Lead of the Process Solution Team I2D in Europe, you will drive process excellence and operational efficiency within your region, with a specific focus on our I2D processes. You will act as a key extension of our global Process Solution Team (PST), leading, developing, and empowering a regional team to ensure the effective implementation and continuous optimization of our business processes.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience in process management or IT solutions, ideally within intralogistics or supply chain
  • Strong expertise in process design, implementation, and optimization, with a deep understanding of I2D processes
  • Familiarity with process frameworks and analysis tools
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluency in English
