Regional Process Solutions Lead

• Lead & develop regional Process Solutions team (I2D)
• Drive process excellence and operational efficiency
• Support global leadership in defining and deploying process standards
• Ensure consistent adoption of end-to-end process standards
• Optimize incident and issue management related to process execution
• Initiate and drive sustainable process improvements
• Support and staff projects within regional and global transformation roadmap
• Assess and enhance process maturity through health checks and process mining
• Act as key interface to other departments for process integration
• Share knowledge and best practices across internal expert network
• Serve as regional point of contact for international customers on business process excellence topics

• Proven leadership experience in process management or IT solutions, ideally within intralogistics or supply chain
• Strong expertise in process design, implementation, and optimization, with a deep understanding of I2D processes
• Familiarity with process frameworks and analysis tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in English
