As a highly influential leader, you will balance educational excellence with operational and commercial oversight, fostering a culture of high expectations and inclusive practice across a regional cluster.
Job Responsibility:
Strategic Leadership: Provide a clear vision across multiple sites, ensuring a unified approach to high-quality specialist provision
School Improvement: Drive rigorous improvement plans to meet and exceed regulatory standards, ensuring a holistic and evidence-based curriculum
People Management: Motivate and challenge senior leadership teams, prioritising professional development, staff wellbeing, and retention
Financial & Operational Oversight: Manage regional budgets and resources effectively, balancing financial sustainability with the delivery of high-quality care
Stakeholder Engagement: Build robust partnerships with parents, local authorities, commissioners, and the wider community
Safeguarding: Ensure the highest standards of safeguarding, health and safety, and regulatory compliance are embedded across all settings

NPQH
Extensive knowledge of SEND legislation, safeguarding, and curriculum assessment
Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams through periods of change and improvement
Strong commercial acumen and financial management skills
Exceptional communication and influencing skills
Experience leading across multiple sites is highly desirable
