As a Regional Planner, you will support the Project Management Office in establishing planning transparency, ensuring schedule quality, and applying consistent planning standards across our international project portfolio. You will work closely with Project Management, Engineering, Construction, Logistics, and Commercial functions, contributing to reliable decision‑making and robust project schedules in complex environments.
Job Responsibility:
Strengthen regional project planning from tender phase through execution while ensuring alignment with global planning standards
Monitor and coordinate the regional project portfolio with regard to milestones and schedule performance
Build and maintain portfolio overviews and project schedules in Primavera P6, including key dates, activities, dependencies, and constraints
Run weekly schedule update cycles, ensure data consistency, analyze deviations, and maintain baseline integrity
Analyze critical paths, float consumption, milestone achievability, and identify risks along with suitable mitigation measures
Define and maintain schedule‑related KPIs and perform schedule quality checks (logic, constraints, leads/lags, critical path consistency)
Coordinate planning‑related decisions with regional stakeholders and support the continuous improvement of planning processes, structures, calendars, coding standards, and reporting frameworks
Requirements:
University degree in business administration or a comparable field
2–3 years of professional experience in project management, ideally in a planning function
Experience in the wind industry is an advantage
Excellent English communication skills

Proven experience with Primavera P6 in multi‑project environments, including WBS/EPS setup, calendars, baselines, schedule governance, and XER handling
Strong understanding of CPM, float analysis, schedule logic, constraints, and quality checks
