Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a great attitude to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis, based out of our Karratha, Port Hedland or Newman area, servicing all around Pilbara Region. As a Pest Control Technician, you will be responsible for working with commercial and residential customers to keep their premises pest-free.

Job Responsibility:

  • Carry out pest control work for a range of customers
  • Manage scheduled work, on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
  • Must be willing to travel to mine sites, cattle stations, remote structures and aboriginal communities including overnight stays
  • Customer engagement to validate requirements or re-confirming visits
  • Enhance the Rentokil brand through developing meaningful and collaborative relationships with our customers and role model these behaviours
  • Assist with identifying sales leads for the region
  • Ability to show attention to detail and strong time management skills

Requirements:

  • Cert III Pest Management Licence
  • Australian Manual Drivers licence
  • Ability to travel to remote areas, while servicing regional customers
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as numeracy skills
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol screen as well as background checks

  • Improve service quality to enhance customer retention as per AoP target in assigned region
  • Ensure compliance with all PMI SOS requirements in the assigned region, completing them according to iCABs standards and achieving the PMI SOS targets set in the AoP.
