  • Promote a positive, high-performance team culture
  • Be present during events, supporting staffing delivery and resolving issues in real time
  • Manage last-minute changes, absences, and redeployments
  • Work closely with operations teams to ensure seamless delivery
  • Support the wider Constellation and O2 teams across all departments
  • Develop an understanding of venue operations and support cross-functional delivery
  • Act as a point of contact in the absence of senior team members, escalating and resolving issues as required

Requirements

  • Experience in hospitality, events, or high-volume operational environments
  • Understanding of event-based staffing or workforce coordination
  • Experience supporting recruitment or onboarding processes
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Confident communicator, able to build relationships with diverse teams
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
