Job Description:

This is a dynamic role at one of London’s most iconic venues, supporting the delivery of world-class hospitality and major events. You will play a key role in ensuring the venue is staffed with high-quality hospitality professionals across Front of House, Hospitality Management, and Conference & Events (C&E) operations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Coordinate staffing across hospitality departments to ensure all events are fully resourced
  • Work with venue and operations teams to forecast staffing needs and manage bookings through the Ubeya system
  • Support recruitment and onboarding, including CV screening, interviews, and assessments
  • Match staff to roles based on skills, experience, and event requirements
  • Build and maintain a strong, reliable variable workforce
  • Promote a positive team culture, supporting staff engagement, attendance, and wellbeing
  • Provide on-site support during events, managing check-ins, staffing changes, and operational challenges
  • Maintain accurate staffing records and support post-event reporting
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation, right-to-work checks, and health & safety regulations
  • Manage international event day accommodation provision for casual managers & chefs
  • Support with match day accreditation, wristbands and venue access procedures

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of hospitality and catering roles
  • Experience working in major events, hospitality venues, or event-based catering environments
  • Experience supporting recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Experience using rota or workforce scheduling systems (Ubeya, Fourth, Harri or similar)
  • Proven experience managing external agency relationships and developing strong, collaborative partnerships
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships across diverse teams
  • A proactive, solution-focused approach to problem solving
  • Comfortable using workforce systems, spreadsheets, and internal platforms
