Job Description:

Head of APAC, People Business Partner to join our Global People Team and lead the people strategy for the APAC region. This leader will play a critical role in aligning global talent strategy with regional business priorities while providing exceptional partnership to local leaders across R&D, Go-To-Market, and G&A functions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Localize and deliver global people strategies for APAC
  • Act as a trusted advisor to regional business and site leaders on org design, workforce planning, talent development, and change initiatives
  • Balance strategic leadership with hands-on partnership
  • Act as a coach and strategic partner to senior leaders
  • Lead HR harmonization across region
  • Lead complex change efforts in the region
  • Co-create and drive engagement efforts and listening strategies
  • Ensure people practices comply with local labor laws
  • Partner closely with Centers of Excellence, Legal and Global People Business Partners

Requirements:

  • Minimum 15+ years of professional experience in HR / people function
  • Experienced People Business Partner ideally with prior experience leading people strategy in the APAC region
  • Strong background supporting or operating within a U.S.-headquartered company
  • Skilled in coaching, organizational design, performance and talent development, change management, workforce planning, and employee relations
  • Able to flex between strategic work and hands-on execution
  • A collaborative builder with strong relationship skills, excellent judgment, and a people-first mindset
  • Adept at using data and insights to shape talent decisions
  • Experienced in supporting geographically distributed teams and operating with a high degree of agility and independence
  • A confident, clear communicator with excellent listening and influencing skills
  • Ability to work in a matrix reporting environment
  • Experience with Workday as an HR system will be highly preferred
