Job Description

To successfully drive profitable growth within the defined region through management of a team of professional Partner Account Managers that maintain, add and strengthen the Partner Landscape in the region to maximise the potential. The role acts as the bridge between Belden’s Strategy Deployment and executable Action Planning to ensure alignment with strategic goals.

Job Responsibility

  • Drive profitable growth within the defined region through management of a team of professional Partner Account Managers that maintain, add and strengthen the Partner Landscape in the region to maximise the potential
  • Own a defined set of revenue targets, taking accountability for meeting and exceeding these targets over a sustained period
  • Create, develop and manage a team of professional Partner Account Managers to deliver growth in revenue through Partner accounts
  • Communicate the vision and goals to the team to ensure clarity of mission and ensure Partner Sales' Leadership invests sufficient resources into priority activities
  • Manage the team through 1:1s and systems, holding them accountable for execution and professionally managing against goals and expectations
  • Provide quality targeted coaching time allocation to develop Critical Skills and improve individual performance, reinforcing deployment of standard tools
  • Execute through standard work, systems and processes
  • Apply consistent and appropriate rigour to reviewing individual Partner performance, managing monthly/quarterly KPI, TTI and Action Plans using the SDP framework, and developing robust countermeasures
  • Obtain and accurately report on POS, COGS and inventory data, providing supporting commentary to Belden Leadership
  • Evaluate and optimize geographic Partner position map taking into account coverage by verticals and geographies, defining revenue expectations by location and specifying headcount investment required from Partners
  • Actively manage skills, capabilities and inventory levels to ensure Partners are able to fulfil their role in Belden's go-to-market in the region

  • Strategic Alignment - Ability to act as the bridge between Belden’s Strategy Deployment and executable Action Planning to ensure alignment with strategic goals
  • Team Leadership & Development - Proven capability to create, develop, and manage a team of professional Partner Account Managers, fostering growth and accountability
  • Revenue & Profitability Ownership - Direct ownership for defined revenue targets, financial outcomes (Bookings, Margin), and the ability to drive profitable growth
  • Partner Ecosystem Management - Expertise in partner selection, qualification, segmentation, assignment, onboarding, transfer, and the ability to strengthen the partner landscape
  • Data Analysis & Reporting - Proficiency in obtaining and accurately reporting on POS, COGS, and inventory data, providing supporting commentary to Belden Leadership, and managing key metrics like Bookings, Revenue, Funnel, Margin, and Coverage
