Job Description:

Wiz is hiring an ambitious Regional Partner Manager (RPM), West Growth reporting to the Director, Regional Partners - Growth, to significantly expand our partner presence and drive revenue within the Growth sales segment. This role is crucial for developing and executing a channel strategy to achieve partner-sourced net new business and strengthen Wiz's Cloud Security leadership.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and execute regional partner strategies to drive partner-sourced net new logos in the Growth (SMB) segment
  • Lead regional execution of strategies for strategic National Partners and CSPs (AWS, GCP, Azure)
  • Collaborate with National Partner Managers to execute regional partner strategy
  • Lead Wiz's introductory pitch to partner teams, targeting commercial and growth customers
  • Oversee cloud-focused partner strategies for specific accounts
  • Provide dedicated sales cycle support and assist Wiz sellers in deal management for seamless partner collaboration
  • Build and sustain strong, strategic relationships with key partner stakeholders (leadership, sellers, engineers)
  • Primary regional contact for partner conflict resolution
  • Maintain regular leadership cadence with Wiz and partner sales leadership
  • Lead enablement: educate partner teams (leadership, sales, technical) on Wiz value
  • Educate Wiz sellers on partner go-to-market strategies and value
  • Facilitate efficient account mapping between partner and Wiz sales
  • Qualify and oversee partner-sourced deal registrations
  • Manage budget, spiffs, and promotional activity execution

  • Deliver weekly performance reports to leadership and supported teams
  • Partner with field/partner marketing on strategy, events, and follow-up
  • Plan and execute 3+ quarterly joint partner events (Wiz, CSPs, partners)
  • Manage conflict escalations, strictly following Partner Rules of Engagement
  • Maintain proactive/reactive account insights (cloud spend, commitments, billing)
  • Share partner strategies, best practices, and successes in weekly Wiz meetings
  • Execute joint marketing to drive sales pipeline/revenue

Requirements:

  • 5+ years exceeding channel sales/security targets
  • Proven ability to develop/execute partner business/marketing plans
  • Knowledge-sharing, creative, detail-oriented problem-solver with a focus on process/operational excellence
  • Prior sales training delivery experience
  • Experience with SaaS channel models and major CSP marketplaces (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Excellent executive-level presentation and superior written/verbal communication skills
