As part of the Operations team, you’ll be responsible for managing relationships with bus partners, monitoring service performance, and coordinating new line setups. You’ll support quality, safety, and training initiatives, support operational excellence through data analysis and collaborate with cross-functional teams to share best practices.
Job Responsibility:
Build, develop, and continuously optimize strong and trusted partnerships with local operators
Train, support, and coach drivers in accordance with international quality standards
Adapt, maintain, and continuously improve service and quality standards to meet the specific needs of the Italian market
Ensure a smooth, accurate, and efficient launch of new routes
Monitor, manage, and improve customer NPS related to local bus partners
Track operational performance and proactively identify and resolve quality issues
Serve as the primary point of reference for quality and performance matters with local partners
Requirements:
At least 1 year of relevant work experience
Excellent command of Italian and good proficiency in English
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Proven ability to effectively manage relationships with diverse stakeholders (business partners, bus drivers, station managers, and regional authorities)
Solid analytical skills and data-driven mindset
Flexibility combined with a hands-on, proactive approach
