Our client, a service-based company, is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis in Washington, D.C.
Job Responsibility:
Provide oversight and guidancee personnel
Support adherence to established internal workflows related to people operations, financial processes, and administrative controls to multiple regional operations leads across a defined geographic area
Act as the primary point of coordination for key stakeholder relationships, addressing operational concerns as they arise
Monitor service delivery standards through regular on‑site check‑ins, reviews, and follow‑through
Assist with agreement support, documentation updates, scope adjustments, and general administrative coordination
Foster strong working relationships across external partners, internal teams, and on‑sit
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in commercial cleaning operations or field based operations management
Bilingual in English and Spanish required (fully fluent)
Hands on leadership experience in a fast paced environment
Strong customer service, problem solving, and decision making skills
Comfortable enforcing processes while maintaining positive relationships
Willing and able to travel regularly throughout DC, Maryland, and Virginia
