This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Regional Operations Manager to support, develop and drive performance across a group of services in and around Greater Manchester. This role is highly operational, with a strong focus on quality, compliance and continuous improvement. You will be responsible for overseeing key performance indicators and performing audits across each of the services. A key element of the position will involve analysing trends across the portfolio, identifying common themes and proactively reporting insights to senior leadership. You will be forward-thinking in your approach, anticipating challenges and implementing improvements before issues arise.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Regional / Area Manager within the elderly care sector
Demonstrable experience supporting multiple Home Managers across a portfolio
Commercially aware with a strong understanding of occupancy, budgets and performance
