The EMEA Mobility Central Operations team, in close partnership with Regional teams, shapes the vision, strategy, and execution of Uber's Mobility operations across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). Operations is at the heart of our business, ensuring seamless experiences for our riders and driver partners while driving the growth of Uber's platform. Our Central Operations consists of four verticals Rider Operations, Driver Operations, Marketplace and Business Operations. This role falls under our Marketplace team sits at the crux of Uber's two-side marketplace, with our riders on the one side and our driver-partners on the other. Through optimal pricing decisions, the efficient and targeted use of rider promotions and driver incentives, and leveraging Uber's powerful pricing and matching technology, we ensure that our marketplace continues to operate smoothly and is well set up for long-term growth. As a Regional Operations Manager, you'll sit at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and operations, helping optimize the balance between rider demand and driver supply across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. By leveraging data-driven insights, you'll design and improve investment strategies for rider promotions and driver incentives, ensuring our marketplace remains efficient, competitive, and primed for sustainable growth. Working closely with regional operations and global product teams, you'll identify opportunities to enhance both the rider and driver experience while influencing decisions that impact millions of trips.
